RFQ

RFQ stands for Request for Quotation. It's a document or process used when a company wants to get price quotes from suppliers for specific products or services.

To use the RFQ feature, install the RFQ, Quote & Hide Price app.

RFQ settings

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Apps > Request a Quote & Hide Price.

  2. In the Hide Price Settings section, choose how you want prices to be hidden.

    1. If you select Do not hide prices, prices will be visible for all products.

    2. If you select Hide prices for all products, prices will be hidden for all products.

    3. If you select Hide prices for selected products, prices will be hidden for selected products.
  3. If you select Hide prices for selected products:
    1. Check the box next to each product.
    2. Click Add Selected to choose them.

RFQ Details

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders > RFQs.

  2. Click on the RFQ No. to view the RFQ details.
