As a seller, you may need to collect sales taxes on your sales and then report and remit those taxes to the government.

Set up US taxes

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Taxes.
2. In the Select country to collect tax section, select the United States and the States you want to collect tax from. 
3. Click Save.

Edit US taxes

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Taxes.
2. Click Edit next to “United States”.
3. Once you have made your changes, click on Save.

Set up Canadian taxes

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Taxes.
2. In the Select country to collect tax section, select Canada.
3. Click Save.

Set up taxes for countries other than US and Canada

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Taxes.
2. In the Select country to collect tax section, select the country name.
3. Click Save.
4. Click Edit next to the country name.
5. Enter the tax rate.
6. Click Save.
