Shipping & Delivery

Prior to taking your first order, you must establish which delivery methods you want to use, and then set up your store's shipping so that your customers can choose a delivery method at checkout. The three main methods are shipping, delivery, and pickup. Your business can use any of these methods to deliver your products.

Set up Shipping

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  2. Turn on the toggle button next to Shipping, and click Set Up.
  3. In the Ship From Location section, click Add Location.
  4. Enter the location details, and click Save.
  5. In the Active Shipping Methods section, click Add a Shipping Method.
  6. Select a shipping method in the pop-up menu.
  7. Enter the shipping method details, and click Save.
  8. In the Processing Time section, select processing time and cut off time.
  9. Click Save in the top-right corner of the Shipping page. 

Set up Shipping Label

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  2. Click Edit under Shipping.
  3. In the Shipping Labels section, click Set up ShipEngine Account.

Set up Delivery

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  2. Turn on the toggle button next to Delivery, and click Set Up.
  3. In the Delivery Area section, select and enter the details of your delivery area.
  4. In the Delivery Condition and Price section, enter the Minimum Order and the Delivery Price.
  5. In the Processing Time section, select processing time and cut off time.
  6. In the Delivery Note section, enter the message you want to show the customer at checkout and in the order confirmation.
  7. Click Save in the top-right corner of the Delivery page. 

Set up Pickup

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  2. Turn on the toggle button next to Pickup, and click Set Up.
  3. In the Pickup Location section, click Add Location.
  4. Enter the location details, and click Save.
  5. In the Pickup Hours section, check the day and enter the time of the pickup hours.
  6. In the Processing Time section, select processing time and cut off time.
  7. In the Pickup Instruction section, enter the message you want to show the customer before they pick up their order.
  8. Click Save in the top-right corner of the Pickup page.
