Setting up your online store

Setting up your online store

After you've done the initial setup, most of the work is done.

  • Your online store will use your FastCommerce settings for checkout and order fulfillment without any additional effort on your part.
  • Your products will also be automatically added to your online store.
  • Your online store is automatically assigned a unique .fastcommerce.com domain name, or website address. Your domain name looks like your-store-name.fastcommerce.com and it's based on either the store name that you entered when you signed up or the domain name that was auto generated if you did not enter a store name at that time.

There are a few steps you should follow before launching to make sure your online store is ready for customers.
