Sender Management

Sender Management controls the sender identity that recipients see when they receive your marketing emails.

To add a sender:

  1. Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns > Settings.

  2. In the Sender Management section, click Add Sender.

  3. In the pop-up window, enter the sender name and email address.

  4. Click Save.

To verify a sender email address:

  1. In the Sender Management section, click Edit next to the sender.

  2. In the pop-up window, click Verify beside the email address.

  3. A verification email will be sent to the specified email address.

  4. Open the email and follow the instructions to complete the verification process.
