Refund

Refund

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click on the order number to view the Order Details page.
  3. Click Refund on the upper right of the page.
  4. On the Refund Order page, select the reason for refund.
  5. Click Charge Restocking Fee. Fill in the details, and click Save. (Optional)
  6. Add additional refunds. (Optional)
  7. Click Submit on the upper right of the page.
