Payments

At checkout, customers can pay for their order using any of the payment methods you have enabled in the Payment providers area of your FastCommerce admin. FastCommerce supports a variety of payment methods.

Setting up FastCommerce Payments

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Apply for FasterCommerce Payments.
  3. Once your application is approved, an “Active” tag will appear next to FasterCommerce Payments.

Manage FastCommerce Payments

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Manage next to FasterCommerce Payments.
  3. Revise the details under FastCommerce Payments Account.
  4. Click Save

Deactivate FastCommerce Payments

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Manage next to FasterCommerce Payments.
  3. Click Deactivate at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click Ok on the pop-up window.

Reactivate FasterCommerce Payments

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Reactivate FasterCommerce Payments.
  3. If another payment method is active, click Switch to another payment method provider
  4. On the Other Online Payments page, click Reactivate next to FasterCommerce Payments.

Switch payment method provider 

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click See all other providers.
  3. Choose your preferred provider and click Setup. FastCommerce Payments will automatically be deactivated, if switched to another payment method provider. 
  4. Once your application is approved, an “Active” tag will appear next to your selected payments method.

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. In More ways to get paid section, Click Setup next to your desired payment method.
  3. Connect to your payment method account. 
  4. Once your application is approved, an “Active” tag will appear next to your selected payments method.
