New Order

New Order

Once a customer places an order through your online store, it will be displayed in the Orders page of FastCommerce. You can also create orders manually in your FastCommerce admin to keep track of orders you've placed outside of FastCommerce or to send invoices to your customers. 

Create order

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click + New Order in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Add products to the order.
  4. Add a customer
  5. Select a fulfillment method.
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Add a note.
  8. Click Create order.

Add products

  1. On the New Order page, you can search for products by typing into the search bar or browsing the list of products by clicking Browse.
  2. To select products, tick the box next to them, and click Add Selected.

Add a customer

  1. On the New Order page, you can search for the existing customer by typing their name or email address into the search bar and selecting the relevant result.
  2. If the customer is new, click Create New Customer.
  3. Fill in the customer's details and then click Add.
