Manage Comments

To manage comments on your FastCommerce blog posts, you can allow, moderate, or disable comments. 

Allow or turn off comments on the blog

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Marketing > Blog.
  2. Click Settings on the upper-right of the page.
  3. In the Comments section, , choose one of the following options:
  4. Disabled: Visitors cannot leave comments.
  5. Allowed, pending moderation: Visitors can leave comments, but you must approve them before they appear.
  6. Allowed: Comments appear immediately without review.
  7. Click Save.

Manage comments

To approve comments pending moderation:
  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Marketing > Blog.
  2. Click Manage Comments in the upper-right corner.
  3. Use the action buttons next to each comment to approve, unapprove, delete, or restore it.
  4. Deleted comments are stored in the Trash tab, where you can restore them or permanently delete them.
