Confirm Shipment

The Confirm Shipment feature can be used when shipping with a third-party carrier.

Option 1:

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
  2. To select the orders, tick the box next to them.
  3. Select Mark as shipped from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the Confirm Shipment section, fill in the shipping information such as Ship Date, Ship From Address, Carrier, Shipping Service, Tracking Number, and click on Confirm Shipment.

Option 2:

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click on the order number to view the Order Details page.
  3. Click Confirm Shipment on the right side of the page.
  4. In the Confirm Shipment section, fill in the shipping information Ship Date, Ship From Address, Carrier, Shipping Service, Tracking Number, and click on Confirm Shipment.
