Categories

You can group your products into categories to make it easier to find.

Add category

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Products > Categories.

  2. Click Add Category in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Enter name, description, and upload an image of the category.

  4. Click Save in the upper right corner of the page.

Add subcategory

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Products > Categories.

  2. In the Categories page, click the three dots next to the parent category.

  3. Select Add Subcategory.

  4. Enter name, description, and upload an image of the subcategory.

  5. Click Save in the upper right corner of the page.

Edit category

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Products > Categories.

  2. In the Categories page, click the three dots next to the parent category.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the details of the category..

  5. Click Save in the upper right corner of the page.

Delete category

  1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Products > Categories.

  2. In the Categories page, click the three dots next to the parent category.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Click Yes, delete category in the pop-up window.

Organize categories

You can change the order of the categories by clicking and dragging the dots icon in front of each category.
