Option 1:

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
2. To select the order, tick the box next to it
3. Click Action on Selected.
4. Select Cancel Order from the drop-down menu.
5. On the Cancel Order page, select the reason for cancellation, and click Cancel Order.

Option 2:

1. From your FastCommerce admin, go to Orders.
2. Click on the order number to view the Order Details page.
3. Click Cancel Order on the right side of the page.
4. On the Cancel Order page, select the reason for cancellation, and click Cancel Order.
