The Billing & Payment page allows you to manage your billing information and payment method, as well as view your bills and fees.

View balance

1. From your FastCommerce admin, click your account name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing & Payment from the drop-down menu.
3. Your current balance is shown in the first section of the Billing & Payment page.

Pay balance

1. From your FastCommerce admin, click your account name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing & Payment from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Pay in the first section of the Billing & Payment page.
4. Click Proceed on the pop-up box.

View billing history

1. From your FastCommerce admin, click your account name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing & Payment on the drop-down menu.
3. Your Billing History is shown in the second section of the Billing & Payment page.
4. Click the Order ID numbers to view order details

Add payment method

You can pay for your FastCommerce bills using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.

1. From your FastCommerce admin, click your account name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing & Payment from the drop-down menu.
3. Your Payment Method is at the bottom of the Billing & Payment page.
4. Click Add Card to add a credit card.
5. Enter the credit card information and click Save.

Edit credit card information

1. From your FastCommerce admin, click your account name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing & Payment from the drop-down menu.
3. Your Payment Method is at the bottom of the Billing & Payment page.
4. Click the three dots to the right of the existing card.
5. Edit the credit card information and click Save.
